@ mitsu_42 すいません。私がやったのは20RPMらしいです^^; しかも負荷というよりは方法で、普通にやられてる親指を下にしてやる方法と、親指を上に立ててやる方法とで差がなかった、ってやつでした。でも10年近く前の研究ですので、最新のを知ってるっぽい別の人に聞いてみます。
